# storage.getEntry()

> Public low-code contract, signatures and examples for storage.getEntry.

## `storage.getEntry()`

Returns metadata for any storage entry. Without an explicit namespace the
entry is resolved by its globally unique id, matching the REST Storage API.

### Overloads

      storageEntryId: string,
      includeDeleted?: boolean,
    ): Promise<StorageEntryView>;

static getEntry(
      namespace: string,
      storageEntryId: string,
      includeDeleted?: boolean,
