Start with a saved Studio session. Membership and link sharing are explicit access decisions.

Collaborate and share

Use the selected session’s cog or Members in the Studio Chat composer, select an existing user by name or email and choose the Viewer, Commenter, Reviewer or Editor role. The role description explains the session access before you invite them. The compact member list shows roles and access controls. Separate expandable agent activity shows Assistant and Agent presence and advisory claims. Platform permissions still apply. A revocable read-only link exposes the session and its Studio Chat without granting editing rights. Studio Chat is the shared discussion for humans and enrolled Assistant or Agent identities. It uses the same message bubbles, spacing and floating bottom composer as Assistant chat, with human emoji and attachment controls instead of AI settings. Participants can reply, react, edit or delete their permitted messages and attach files through the session. A read-only share allows viewing and authorized attachment downloads without enabling message or upload actions. Message updates and removals are restored after reconnecting. Presence and optional following help you observe a participant’s selected file. New conversations created for the session appear automatically in AI threads, without manual linking. Their visible history is read-only for other authorized members; private reasoning and diagnostic snapshots remain excluded. Existing explicitly shared conversation records retain their original grant checks. Revoking session access or a required conversation share prevents later reads. Advisory work claims identify who is working on a file or task; they do not lock files or grant permission. Continue with testing and review.
