Latest · 1.5.0 — Reviewed AI changes, native spreadsheets and personal memory

2026-09-10. RevoEngine 1.5.0 substantially expands the Assistant, managed file processing and high-volume data operations. It builds on the stable Assistant Gateway and the established Database, Storage, Component and Automation foundation, adding workflows that keep proposed changes reviewable, generated files governed and longer-running work easier to continue.

Six years of development

Development timeline: experiments in 2020, low-code in 2022, Web IDE and V8 in 2023, closed production in November 2023, the 1.0 series in April 2026 and the current platform. The first experiments began in 2020. Low-code application development followed in 2022, with the Web IDE and managed V8 runtime growing during 2023. The Closed Production Release followed in November 2023: the execution core powered business workflows while the builder interface continued to evolve. Early AI was a conversational alpha alongside that production platform. Platform-aware tools, Agent previews and the stable Assistant developed later; their maturity is separate from the maturity of business execution. 1.0 marks the unified public release series — not the first production deployment. The versioned notes start with the low-code foundation in December 2022 and follow the milestones that shaped the platform.
