Use this reference when you know the operation you need. Start with CLI setup for installation and sign-in, or CLI projects for a first pull → edit → plan → deploy workflow.

Choose a command family

Run revo --help for the installed command catalogue. Help is available without authentication; unsupported options fail before an operation starts.

Target and output options

Options are command-specific. For example, raw request does not accept the synchronization flags, and background terminal service installation does not accept credential override flags. Named --from and --to profiles resolve independently; see configuration precedence.

Synchronization options

--dry-run belongs to migration and environment apply. For ordinary push/deploy, use the corresponding plan command. A plan is a preview of observed state, not a lock against another user’s later edits.

Inspect an integration without changing it

In the Asterion sample, a developer searches for the quote code and inspects Endpoint configuration before proposing a change:
For a query parameter, pass repeated --query values as key=value:
The path belongs to the Platform API. A business call to /asterion/quotes/contract belongs to the separate Endpoint runtime.

Boolean values and failures

Use a bare flag, --flag=true, --flag=false, or --no-flag. Values such as 0, no, or uppercase FALSE are rejected. Conflicting repeated flags, unknown options and missing values are errors. A remote write can finish after a client loses its response. Inspect the returned operation, current resource or saved run before retrying. Reuse an operation identity only for the same request; changing the desired input requires a new identity.
